Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Territory Manager to expand our presence across schools and educational institutions in the assigned territory. In this role, you will build relationships with school principals, directors, trustees, and academic coordinators, introduce innovative educational technology solutions, and drive business growth through institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Market Development \& Business Growth \- Identify and develop new business opportunities across CBSE, ICSE, and State Board schools. \- Drive territory expansion and establish partnerships with educational institutions. \- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and achieve business growth.

2\. Relationship Management \- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, directors, trustees, and academic leaders. \- Engage with educational institutions to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions. \- Develop long\-term professional relationships with school stakeholders.

3\. Product Presentations \& Demonstrations \- Conduct product presentations, workshops, seminars, and demonstrations for schools. \- Present solutions related to AI, Robotics, STEM, Coding, and Vocational Education. \- Communicate the educational and practical benefits of the company's offerings.

4\. Brand Promotion \- Represent Arque Technologies at educational expos, conferences, workshops, and technology events. \- Promote the company's solutions and strengthen its presence in the education sector. \- Build awareness of technology\-enabled learning solutions among educational institutions.

5\. Strategic Execution \& Reporting \- Coordinate with marketing and leadership teams for regional campaigns and outreach initiatives. \- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. \- Work towards achieving sales targets and institutional onboarding goals.
