Shanti Juniors Preschool is looking for a proactive and dynamic Franchise Acquisition
Manager for its Ahmedabad and Gujarat region. The role involves identifying, pursuing, and
converting potential leads into franchise partners while meeting set business goals and
expanding our presence in the region.
Make cold calls to prospective clients and convert inquiries into franchise
partnerships.
Conduct regular field visits to meet potential leads and generate business through
local references.
Actively explore assigned territories to identify and engage with potential franchise
prospects.
Convert existing local preschools to Shanti Juniors Preschool franchise model.
Identify and assist in finalizing properties for signed franchise partners.
Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly, half\-yearly, and yearly franchise
acquisition and revenue targets.
Maintain a strong lead pipeline and update progress regularly with management.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospects highlighting the Shanti
Juniors value proposition.
Maintain professional relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
Follow up rigorously with leads and close deals within timelines
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5\+ years of experience in franchise development, business development, or sales
(preferably in the education or preschool sector).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
Target\-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales/revenue goals.
Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Jaipur region.
Salary and incentives will be commensurate with experience and performance.
Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹85,000\.00 per month
