Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Territory Managers for the Agency Channel in a leading Life Insurance company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in agent recruitment, activation, team development, and business target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
• Drive agent activation, productivity, and business growth.
• Achieve sales targets through the Agency Channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
• Monitor business performance and ensure target achievement.
• Develop the agency network within the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Agency Channel and agent recruitment.
• Recent work experience must be with a Life Insurance company in the Agency Channel.
• Strong knowledge of agent recruitment, activation, and sales performance.
• Stable career history with limited job changes.
• Candidates must be local to Varanasi and have experience in the same market.
• Candidates from insurance broking firms are not eligible.
