• *About the Product – T\-Cops**

T\-Cops is a Finance Locker – India's leading digital EMI recovery solution designed to safeguard mobile handset fi nancing. We simplify collections and reduce defaults through smart locking systems integrated with smartphones.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

● Manage and grow territory sales through retailer onboarding and partner engagement

● Develop channel relationships across mobile dealers, DSA, and NBFCs

● Ensure T\-Cops product is well implemented and activated at store level

● Train retailers \& partners on product usage, benefi ts, and EMI recovery process

● Monitor performance metrics and ensure monthly activation \& revenue targets

● Handle escalations and ensure seamless support to partners ●

Regular market visits, competitor analysis, and feedback reporting

• *Requirements:**

● 2\-5 years of experience in fi eld sales, preferably in Fintech, Telecom, or Mobile Sales

● Strong understanding of channel sales and dealer management

● Ability to meet sales targets and build strong partner relationships

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

● Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory

● Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
