As a **Technical Solution Leader – Test Automation, AI \& Medical Devices**, you will lead client\-facing solutioning, technical architecture, presales activities, and AI\-driven test engineering transformation initiatives for Medical Devices and Life Sciences clients. You will collaborate with account teams, delivery leaders, quality engineers, regulatory SMEs, and AI specialists to define scalable automation strategies and innovative validation solutions.

In this role, you will

• Lead solutioning for Medical Device Verification \& Validation (V\&V), Software Testing, Test Automation, Quality Engineering, and Sustaining Engineering engagements.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, proposals, technical presentations, estimations, delivery models, and staffing plans.
• Translate customer testing challenges into automation roadmaps, target architectures, and measurable business outcomes.
• Define automation strategies across UI, API, Integration, Data, Regression, Performance, and Continuous Testing.
• Guide framework selection, CI/CD integration, test data management, reporting, and automation feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with AI teams to develop POCs, accelerators, and roadmaps leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.

### **Experience**

• 12–18 years of experience in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, Verification \& Validation, or Medical Device Engineering.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, architecture, and quality engineering practices.
• Experience across UI, API, Integration, Data, Regression, Performance, and Continuous Testing.
• Hands\-on knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, test data management, reporting, and automation strategy.
• Exposure to AI\-driven testing, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Ability to evaluate technical risks, tool selection, feasibility, infrastructure requirements, and delivery readiness.

### **Domain Expertise**

• Strong understanding of Medical Device product development and regulated engineering environments.
• Knowledge of Verification \& Validation, Quality Systems, Risk Management, Traceability, and Compliance.
• Familiarity with regulations and standards such as **IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and CSV practices**.
