Primary Skill:JavaScript and Java for test automation development.
Secondary Skills:leading QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Design, architect, and build test automation frameworks from the ground up using Playwright and Selenium.
- Define and drive the overall test automation strategy, standards, and best practices across teams.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in JavaScript and Java for web, API, and integration testing.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / Jenkins).
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of QA engineers on automation tools, techniques, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to review designs and provide testability guidance.
- Establish quality gates, reporting dashboards, and test coverage metrics across releases.
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend new tools or approaches to improve quality efficiency.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- 8 – 12 years of overall experience in software testing and quality engineering.
- Strong hands\-on expertise with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Java for test automation development.
- Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch (keyword\-driven, data\-driven, hybrid, or BDD).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Proven experience mentoring and leading QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to articulate quality strategies to technical and non\-technical
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a detail\-oriented mindset.
- Experience with API test automation tools such as Rest Assured, Postman, or Karate.
- Hands\-on knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, or k6\).
- Exposure to mobile test automation (Appium or similar).
- Familiarity with AI/ML\-assisted testing tools or frameworks.
