*We are looking for: Software Test Engineer (****Test Automation Developer)**
*You’ll make an impact by:**
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for Mobile, Web, Desktop, and API testing.
Develop and implement automated test suites using C\#.NET, Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and related technologies.
Automate end\-to\-end business workflows and system validation scenarios.
Drive mobile automation strategy and implementation for Android and iOS applications.
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous quality validation.
Leverage AI\-based tools to improve automation efficiency, test coverage, and defect detection.
Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, sprint planning, and backlog refinement activities.
Estimate automation efforts and contribute to release planning.
Create and maintain test strategies, test plans, test reports, and quality dashboards.
Perform root cause analysis for defects and support resolution activities.
Review automation code and mentor team members on standard processes.
Ensure alignment to coding standards, quality processes, and automation guidelines.

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or subject areas.
3\-4 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
ISTQB Certification (preferred).
Strong experience in designing and developing scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
Hands\-on experience in UI, API, Integration, and System Testing automation.
Experience in automating Mobile, Web, and Windows/Desktop applications.
**Mobile Application Automation:** Strong experience in Mobile Application Automation for Android and iOS platforms.
Hands\-on experience with Robot Framework, Appium, and related mobile automation tools.
Experience in device farm execution and mobile test orchestration.
**Automation Tools \& Technologies:** Proficiency in C\#.NET for automation framework development.

Coordinate test environment setup, configuration, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with multi\-functional teams including Development, Product Management, DevOps, and System Engineering teams.
Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging testing technologies, frameworks, and AI\-driven quality engineering practices.
**DevOps \& CI/CD Automation:** Experience in automating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
Experience integrating automated tests into DevOps pipelines.
Knowledge of containerized test execution using Docker is desirable.
AI\-Powered Testing \& Productivity Tools
Experience using AI\-assisted development and testing tools such as: GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, AI\-powered test generation and code analysis tools
Use AI tools for: Test case generation, Automation script development, Defect analysis, Test data creation, Productivity improvements
Understanding of AI\-driven quality engineering and intelligent test automation practices.
**Test Management \& Quality Engineering:** Hands\-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or equivalent Test Management tools.
Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies.
Good understanding of: Test Strategy Design, Risk\-Based Testing, Test Planning and Estimation, Defect Lifecycle Management, Test Metrics and Reporting
**Domain Knowledge (Preferred):** Industrial Automation, Energy Management Systems, IoT and Connected Products, Smart Devices and Embedded Systems
**Communication Protocols (Added Advantage):** Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as: Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA
