JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience: 1 to 3 Years Core Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Strong computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Telecom domain (CPOS, onboarding, digital telecom platforms, SIM activation, recharge systems etc.) Experience of 1–3 years, preferably with exposure to telecom or digital platforms Exposure to Digital Platform testing Strong knowledge of API testing and Database validation Technical Skills (Mandatory Enhancement) Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Postman/Swagger Knowledge of SQL queries for backend data validation Exposure to system integrations and data flow validation Familiarity with JIRA or defect tracking tools Roles and Responsibilities (Daily Tasks) 1\. Documentation Documentation of telecom processes (onboarding journeys, recharge flows, customer lifecycle) Preparation of test artifacts like test cases, test scenarios, RTM 2\. Testing Execution Writing and execution of SIT/UAT test cases for telecom applications Perform: System Integration Testing Functional Testing User Acceptance Testing 3\. API \& Backend Validation Validate API responses and ensure correct data flow between systems Perform backend validation using SQL queries Identify and troubleshoot API/data\-related issues 4\. Defect Management Log defects in JIRA with proper RCA Track and follow up for defect closure within SLA Validate fixes post deployment 5\. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with IT teams, business teams, and external stakeholders Provide updates on testing progress, defects, and risks 6\. Incident \& Process Handling Work on Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes Support BAU activities and production issues if required
