Job Summary

Administer and support enterprise testing tools such as qTest, UFT, and LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).

Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.

Utilize Linux commands and server administration skills to ensure platform stability and availability.

Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.

Monitor tool performance, user access, licenses, and system health.

Provide technical support for testing platforms and infrastructure\-related issues.

Collaborate with vendors, business users, QA teams, and stakeholders for issue resolution and service improvements.

Perform basic database troubleshooting and query execution using MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Support software testing and performance testing activities by ensuring tool readiness and availability.

Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.

Demonstrate understanding of SDLC, testing processes, and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Group Policies, Jira, GitLab, Dockerized environments, and SaaS solutions is preferred.

Strong communication, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of testing and support environment
