Test Lead - (Temenos T24 - Mortgage & Lending)

We are seeking an experienced **Test Lead** to lead end\-to\-end testing activities for **mortgage enhancements on the Temenos T24 Core Banking** platform and associated workflow applications. The role spans end\-to\-end testing of mortgage journeys on the Temenos T24 core banking platform and the associated BPMN\-based Workflow Management System — **covering loan opening, settlement, refunds, auto\-closure, and regulatory / MIS reporting — across System Integration** Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, API, and data testing, while driving the continuous improvement of testing standards within the Testing Centre.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and defect management for T24 mortgage enhancements.**
• Design and execute functional, regression, API, integration, and data test cases.
• Validate end\-to\-end mortgage processes including loan origination, disbursement, settlements, refunds, and auto\-closure.
• Manage and mentor the offshore testing team, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to testing standards.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage, and stakeholder reporting.
• Support automation initiatives and leverage AI\-assisted testing tools to improve testing efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.

• *Requirements**

• Min of 8\+ years of experience in software testing, including experience leading or coordinating a testing team, across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Banking Products and Process Knowledge Preferred
• E**xperience in the banking or financial services industry, with hands\-on exposure to the Temenos T24 core banking platform (mortgage / lending preferred).**
• **Hands\-on testing experience with mortgage / lending products and SZHP\-type government housing or subsidy schemes is highly desirable.**
• Experience testing BPMN / workflow management systems and system integrations in a core\-banking landscape.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience with API testing and data validation.
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks is an advantage.
