Test Lead

• *Unistanz Software Pvt Ltd** are looking for a **Senior Software Tester / Test Lead** with **mandatory Life Insurance domain expertise** and **hands\-on Life Asia experience**. The role requires experience in **insurance product calculations** and proven ability to **lead a testing team** while ensuring quality delivery across **Day 1 (New Business/Product Launch)** and **Day 2 (Production Support/Defect Management)** activities.

• *Experience:** 2 to 4 years

• *Mandatory Skills:**

• **Life Insurance domain expertise** (2\-3 years of experience in Life Insurance)
• **Life Asia system testing experience**
• **Insurance product calculations**: ULIP, Annuity, Death Claim, Bonus, Lapse, Revival, Surrender, Maturity
• **Day 1** (New Business)
• **Day 2 (Production Issues)** would be a **plus**
• **UAT execution \& defect management**
• **SQL for data validation**

• *Responsibilities:**

• Lead and mentor testers, ensuring effective test planning and execution.
• Validate **calculation logic** and policy servicing workflows.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and stakeholders for defect\-free delivery.
• Drive defect management, RCA, and closure tracking.
• Prepare test documentation, traceability matrices, and compliance reports.
