Job Description

• *Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Software Tester** with hands\-on experience in testing **AI\-driven and Video\-based SaaS solutions**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end\-to\-end software functionality, executing test cases based on business use cases, identifying defects, and ensuring product quality across web\-based platforms and integrated applications.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing for AI and Video SaaS products.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements and use cases.
• Validate AI workflows, video processing features, APIs, and cloud\-based SaaS applications.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Execute integration testing between various software modules and third\-party systems.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release sign\-offs.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify usability and performance issues.
• Assist in automation testing initiatives wherever applicable.

• *Required Skills**
• 2\+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
• Experience in testing **AI\-based applications** and **Video Streaming/Video Analytics solutions**.
• Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands\-on experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as **JIRA**, **Azure DevOps**, or similar.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like **Postman** or **Swagger**.
• Understanding of SaaS application architecture and cloud\-based environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**
• Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and video processing workflows.
• Experience testing REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• ISTQB Certification will be an added advantage.

• *Educational Qualification**
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
