THE SCULPTOR – UI/UX Designer – Senior

• *The Role:**

• You own the end\-to\-end design process — from research to testing and handoff — working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure what’s designed works effectively in reality.

• Requirement analysis — Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases
• Wireframing — Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction
• UI design — Building high\-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards
• Prototyping — Developing interactive prototypes for validation
• Usability testing — Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback
• Handoff to SDT — Delivering clear, complete design documentation for development

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in BCA or related field
• 3 years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Good understanding of user\-centered design, usability \& accessibility
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping \& user testing
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (plus)
• Strong communication \& collaboration skills
• Up\-to\-date with latest UI/UX trends \& best practices
