Manager– Banking \& Treasury

Location: Mumbai – Head Office Department: Banking \& Treasury

Reporting To: Head – Treasury Experience: 5–6 years

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Treasury professional to manage end\-to\-end treasury operations across multiple

Renewable Energy SPVs. The role will focus on daily cash management, debt servicing, treasury accounting,

banking operations, Bank Guarantees \& Capex LC issuance, forex management, and also supporting project

finance and investment activities.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage daily cash flow and liquidity across multiple Renewable Energy SPVs.

? Manage project loan repayments, interest payments and debt\-related compliances.

? Manage Bank Guarantees, Capex LCs, Buyer’s Credit, Supplier’s Credit and other trade finance activities.

? Manage ICDs and short\-term investments, including mutual funds and fixed deposits.

? Ensure timely accounting and reconciliation of all treasury transactions in SAP Treasury module.

? Monitor forex exposures and coordinate hedging transactions and documentation.

? Manage day\-to\-day banking operations and coordinate with banking partners.

? Prepare all monthly Treasury MIS covering cash, loans, investments, LC and forex exposures.

? Support project financing, refinancing, lender coordination and loan documentation.

? Coordinate with Accounts, Projects, Procurement, Legal and other internal teams.

? Drive treasury process automation and operational improvements.

Candidate Profile

? Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) (additional qualification MBA from reputed institute \& CFA will be

added advantage)

? Experience: 5–6 years in Corporate Treasury, Banking or Project Finance role in a mid\-to\-large organization.

? Prior Experience in Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Power or EPC sectors will be preferred.

? Strong understanding of treasury accounting \& operations, banking products, project finance, debt

management, trade finance, forex hedging and short\-term investments.

? Hands\-on experience with SAP / Treasury Management Systems is must.

? Strong analytical, multitasking and problem\-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SPVs

and stakeholders.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, ownership\-driven and solution\-oriented

approach.
