Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a **Torii SaaS Management and Automation Specialist** for a full\-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Chile. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest\-growing job sites.
A robust SaaS management tool is crucial for effectively managing an estimated 500\+ applications, providing visibility into usage, costs, and security. Torii is used as the SaaS Management platform, serving as a central Data Hub for Procurement, Finance, Security, and Application Owners. This system also supports the Application Catalog, ensuring users have visibility into available tools across the organization. The candidate will serve as the SaaS Administrator, responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable data in Torii and ensuring it operates as a strategic “source of truth” for the business.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2\+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms or complex tech products.
- 4\+ years of experience managing enterprise contracts, including cost centers, license utilization, terms and conditions, and procurement processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, legal, or finance background).
- Understanding of API integration and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical and data management skills, including reporting and deep\-dive analysis.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies and quality issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, Finance, Procurement, and leadership teams.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, complex environment with multiple concurrent system changes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee end\-to\-end administration of contract metadata within Torii. Maintain accurate records for ownership, renewal timelines, and license allocations.
- Track Workday updates and conduct internal data investigations.
- Perform direct contract reviews and cost analysis.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure high accuracy and resolve gaps.
- Build API integrations and automated provisioning/offboarding workflows.
- Ensure existing integrations with internal tooling are functioning properly.
- Manage contract metadata, renewal calendar, and license usage reporting.
- Validate application and technical owners and ensure data integrity.
- Educate application owners on responsibilities and data governance.
- Evaluate newly discovered applications and collaborate with Procurement and Security teams.
- Support the identification of business purpose and security governance status for applications.
