• Handle sales inquiries, prepare itineraries, quotations, and customized tour packages.
• Drive bookings, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Manage tour operations, supplier coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve service\-related issues.
• Monitor team performance and operational efficiency.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in travel and tourism.
• Strong knowledge of tour planning, costing, sales, and operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management experience preferred.
