Tower Crane Operator

• Operate tower cranes safely for lifting, shifting, and placing construction materials as per site requirements.
• Inspect the crane, controls, hoisting mechanism, brakes, and safety devices before starting operations.
• Follow instructions from the site engineer, lifting supervisor, and authorized signalman.
• Ensure that the load is properly secured and within the crane’s approved lifting capacity.
• Maintain clear communication with riggers, signalmen, and ground staff during lifting operations.
• Monitor weather conditions, wind speed, and other site conditions before and during crane operations.
• Immediately report any mechanical faults, unusual noises, or safety hazards to the concerned supervisor.
• Maintain the daily crane operation logbook and inspection records, as required.
• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and applicable construction safety regulations.
• Ensure that no unauthorized person enters the crane operating area or remains under suspended loads.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Park, secure, and shut down the crane according to the manufacturer’s instructions and site safety procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000\.00 per month
