The Tower Lead for Support \& Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services and resolution of escalations within the SAVIYNT and Java domains. This position is critical for maintaining operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.Saviynt L3 JD Profile Summary: • Supported / Implemented Saviynt for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals • Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc. • Strong background in coding and development using Java • Demonstrate strong technical skills • Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills • Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident • Be a strong team player Must Have Technical Skills: • Total 8 years of experience in development/Implementation of Saviynt IGA tool • Minimum 2 years of Level 3 support of Saviynt IGA • Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML • Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in Saviynt. • Strong Java debugging skills • Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs. • Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms and other Saviynt component • Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products. • Excellent oral \& written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts • Customer Facing Exposure is must
1\. Drive The Generation Of Tower\-Level Ee \& En Revenue By Leveraging Saviynt And Java Development To Enhance Service Delivery And Operational Efficiency.
2\. Ensure That All Responsibilities, Tasks, And Escalations Are Resolved According To Agreed Sla Norms, Utilizing Problem\-Solving Techniques And Technical Expertise In Saviynt.
3\.
