Job Summary

VDI L3 Responsible for design, optimization, and L3 support of VDI environments, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nDesign and implement VDI solutions (Citrix / VMware / Azure AVD)\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nLead performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\

Key Responsibilities

Own complex incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nManage gold image lifecycle, automation, and configuration standards\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nImplement and optimize profile management (FSLogix, containers)\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nIntegrate VDI with identity/security solutions (AD, Azure AD, Conditional Access)\\\\\\\\r\\\\

Skill Requirements
