Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) \- L3 Support : to ensure the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of critical production systems and applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex incidents, automating operational processes, improving system resilience, and driving operational excellence across enterprise environments. The role requires strong expertise in infrastructure, cloud platforms, automation, observability, incident management, and DevOps/SRE practices

Automation \& DevOps • Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Develop self\-healing and auto\-remediation solutions. • Support CI/CD pipeline management and deployment automation. • Improve deployment reliability and release efficiency. Monitoring \& Observability • Design and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks. • Configure dashboards and operational metrics. • Analyze trends and proactively address performance bottlenecks. • Ensure effective observability of infrastructure and applications. Cloud \& Infrastructure Management • Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. • Manage Kubernetes clusters, containers, and orchestration platforms. • Optimize infrastructure performance and resource utilization. • Participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments. Security \& Compliance • Support vulnerability management and remediation activities. • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards. • Collaborate with security teams on incident investigations and risk mitigation. Knowledge Management • Maintain operational runbooks and knowledge articles. • Document incident resolutions, architecture changes, and best practices. • Provide technical mentoring to L1, L2, and junior engineers.
