O365 Technical Lead / Architect – L3\.2

Role Summary

Own the architecture, governance, security strategy, and transformation roadmap for enterprise Office 365 services.

Key Responsibilities

Design enterprise Office 365 architecture and governance standards.

Lead cloud transformation and tenant consolidation projects.

Architect Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Identity solutions.

Develop security, compliance, and data protection strategies.

Design Zero Trust and Identity\-driven security frameworks.

Lead tenant\-to\-tenant, hybrid, and cloud migration initiatives.

Drive automation, operational excellence, and service optimization programs.

Manage licensing strategy and cost optimization initiatives.

Conduct technical risk assessments and provide mitigation plans.

Participate in executive reviews and customer governance meetings.

Establish best practices, standards, and service roadmaps.

Mentor engineering and operations teams.

Microsoft Information Protection Administrator Associate
