Job Description – SCCM Engineer (L3\.2\)

Role Summary

The SCCM L3\.2 Engineer is a Principal Engineer/Architect responsible for endpoint management strategy, enterprise architecture, modernization initiatives, cloud transformation, automation frameworks, and global device management governance.

Key Responsibilities

Own enterprise SCCM and Endpoint Management roadmap.

Design large\-scale endpoint management solutions.

Lead SCCM\-to\-Cloud transformation initiatives.

Architect Co\-Management and Intune migration strategies.

Design highly available and scalable SCCM environments.

Establish governance, standards, and operational frameworks.

Drive automation and self\-healing initiatives.

Lead enterprise\-wide patching and compliance programs.

Provide architectural guidance to stakeholders.

Review solution designs and major infrastructure changes.

Drive service improvements and operational excellence.

Work with customer leadership and audit teams on compliance requirements.

10\+ years of EUC/Endpoint Management experience.

7\+ years of SCCM/MECM architecture and administration.

Experience leading SCCM modernization, Co\-Management, and Intune migration programs.

• *Microsoft Certified:** Azure Administrator Associate (AZ\-104\)

• *Microsoft Certified:** Enterprise Administrator Expert

ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4
