- *Position:** Trading Import\-Export Executive
- *Department:** Trading / Warehouse / Supply Chain
To ensure accurate handling, tracking, and documentation of trading materials, maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical standards and supporting efficient import\-export operations.
- Reports to: Warehouse Manager /Inventory Manager
- Coordinates with: Purchase, Quality Assurance, Dispatch, and Accounts Teams
- *1: Material Receiving \& Verification**
- Receive incoming trading materials
- Perform quantity verification and expiry date checks
- *2: Documentation \& System Updates**
- Verify requisitions and update bills in tracking sheets
- Update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in the system
- *3: Inventory Record Management**
- Maintain bin cards for all trading materials
- Update inward and outward material movement
- *4: Carton \& Order Management (FDIR)**
- Update carton details in registers as per party orders
- Maintain carton details in system records
- *5: Packing \& Dispatch Preparation**
- Remove stickers as per order requirements
- Perform carton packing according to client specifications
- *6: Material Movement Tracking**
- Maintain records of inward and outward materials in the system
- Ensure proper tracking of all stock movements
- *7\. Bin Card Management**
Maintain real\-time stock records at storage level.
- Update bin cards after every receipt and issue on same day.
- Ensure physical stock matches bin card records.
- Bin Card of Hold/ Rejection must be maintaining along with proper reason.
- Cutting \& over writing must be avoided.
- *8\. Stock Verification**
Ensure stock accuracy through regular checks.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of stock without delay.
- Compare physical stock with bin card entries and system records.
- In the event of any discrepancies, immediately inform the concerned authority.
- *9\. Hold/ Rejection Handling \& Documentation**
To ensure proper handling, segregation, and documentation of rejected or held materials.
· Update the rejection records in accordance with Quality Control (QC) reports and rejection slips.
· Ensure proper segregation and identification of rejected or held materials.
· Record details in the bin card, including the reason for hold or rejection, duly verified by the
QC Head.
· Inform the concerned authority in a timely manner.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
