As an **Agency Lending Operations Team Lead** within **Agency Lending Operations**, you drive day\-to\-day delivery across settlements, contract compare, reference data, and billing while meeting firm priorities. You lead and develop a high\-performing team that operates with strong controls, clear governance, and a client\-first mindset. You partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly, improve processes, and consistently meet deadlines.

• **Lead** day\-to\-day Agency Lending trade management/settlements operations with hands\-on ownership.

• **Communicate** clearly in writing and verbally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
