**Overview**
We are seeking a Digital Marketing professional responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns while managing content initiatives. The role will focus on strategy development, Facebook \& Paid Social campaign management, performance evaluation, and content\-driven marketing initiatives.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
Any Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent hands\-on experience
- *Key Responsibilities:*** Strategy \& Pre\-Approval: Present campaign proposals including targeting, creatives, timelines, and KPIs.
- Manage campaigns through Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics.
- Evaluate social ad performance and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate and manage blog content strategy.
- Ensure SEO\-friendly blog posts aligned with campaign objectives.
- Strong attention to detail for content proofreading and data discrepancy identification
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills; capable of creating and reviewing attorney profile content
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem\-solving and process improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to facilitate product upgrades and customer transitions.
- Deliver regular reports on renewal and upgrade status to management.
- Collect stakeholder feedback to identify inefficiencies and gaps in the order and renewal workflows.
- *Knowledge/Skills Needed:*** Excellent written and oral communication skills in U.S. English
- Strong attention to detail. Strong organization, project management and time management skills.
- Works well in a team environment, embraces change and is highly adaptable
- Candidates should be flexible to work on rotational shifts.
