• *Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, CCTV and networking devices
• Support the setup and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN networks, routers, and switches
• ⁠ ⁠Help deploy and monitor firewall, VPN, and other security systems
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and network issues
• Maintain proper documentation of configurations and support activities
