• *Roles and Responsibilities**

• Handle technical queries through calls, emails, and support portals.
• Compose clear, professional, and easy\-to\-understand emails to clients.
• Collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Apply basic .NET, Angular, and SQL knowledge for debugging and minor code changes.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills for identifying root causes of system issues
• Track all client interactions in the support portal.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet SLA timelines. • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of issues and resolutions.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic SQL and programming knowledge (.NET, Angular) for debugging and minor code fixes.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills for identifying and resolving system issues efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for explaining technical concepts clearly to clients and team members.
• Collaborative mindset for working across development and support teams.
• Time management and prioritization.
• Attention to detail and documentation skills.
