• *Role Summary:**

We are looking for a technically proficient System Support Engineer with a background in Computer Science or Information Technology to manage and optimize the company's CRM, DBMS, attendance management software, HRMS and other business applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong software knowledge, excellent analytical skills and the ability to support cross\-functional teams through efficient system administration and data management.

• *Key Accountabilities:**

• Manage and maintain the company's CRM \& DBMS platform, ensuring accurate and organized data management.
• Administer attendance management software, HRMS and other internal business applications
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of CRM modules, website functionalities, chatbot workflows, system updates and newly deployed features
• Identify, document and coordinate the resolution of bugs, performance issues and system inconsistencies across business applications
• Monitor system performance and provide technical support by troubleshooting software\-related issues in coordination with vendors and internal teams
• Generate, analyze and maintain operational reports, dashboards and business insights for management review and decision\-making
• Explore and implement AI\-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Support the integration and testing of AI tools, ChatGPT, Claude, Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI powered chatbots within existing business applications
• Evaluate AI\-generated outputs, chatbot responses and automation workflows for accuracy, consistency and reliability
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security and compliance through regular data audits, cleansing activities and access control management
• Configure user accounts, permissions and role\-based access controls within CRM and related systems
• Coordinate with HR, Brand, Operations, Finance, Service and Product teams to support system enhancements, workflow improvements and process automation initiatives
• Assist in software implementation, integration, data migration, testing, deployment and post deployment validation activities
• Create and maintain SOPs, testing documentation, user manuals and other system\-related records
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of CRM and business software platforms

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, databases, business applications and software testing methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands\-on experience with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards and data analysis techniques
• Basic knowledge of SQL, database management and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with website technologies, web application testing and system validation processes
• Understanding of HRMS, attendance management systems, ERP platforms, workflow management tools, or similar business applications
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, reporting and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• *Revised Preferred Skills**

• Experience with CRM and DBMS platforms
• Knowledge of APIs, software integrations, automation tools and workflow optimization
• Understanding of chatbot platforms, conversational AI tools and chatbot testing methodologies
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical business applications
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude and other AI productivity tools for problem\-solving, data analysis, documentation and workflow automation
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to write effective prompts for AI tools
• Basic Knowledge of AI chatbot development, API integrations and automation platforms is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web technologies
• Experience in dashboard creation, business analytics and reporting
• Experience in software support, CRM administration, QA testing, or IT operations will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹360,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
