The candidate is required to \-
\* Drive final placements \& internship drives (on/off\-campus)
\* Build corporate relations with IT/ITES, Consulting, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI, Startups
\* Conduct aptitude/soft skills workshops \& career counseling
\* Manage placement calendar, brochures, recruiter database, analytics
\* Base at Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore with monthly visits to Kolhapur Head Office
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
