Transformation Lead

- Ensures proper key performance indicators are set, measured, and regularly reports on status against program objectives.

- Provides mentorship and guidance to lower\-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
- *Education and Experience Required**
- Four\-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 15\+ years of work experience, preferably in Project management, Technical support, Customer Support, Process engineering
- *Preferred Certifications**
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Prince 2 Practitioner
