We are looking for a passionate and detail\-oriented **Travel Consultant** who can understand customer requirements, design suitable travel packages and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to trip completion.

Job Summary

The Travel Consultant will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel preferences, preparing customised itineraries, coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely follow\-ups and confirmations.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Client Handling \& Communication**

• Handle domestic and international travel enquiries.
• Understand client requirements, preferences and travel expectations.
• Maintain professional communication through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide timely updates.

• *2\. Itinerary Planning \& Quotation**

• Prepare customised domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Research destinations, hotels, sightseeing and transportation options.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements.
• Suggest suitable travel options and value\-added services.

• *3\. Sales \& Follow\-ups**

• Follow up with clients regarding shared quotations.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Identify customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups until booking confirmation.

• *4\. Booking \& Coordination**

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs and other vendors.
• Handle flight, hotel, visa and travel\-related booking requirements.
• Ensure all booking details are accurate and properly documented.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth trip execution.

• *5\. Pre\-Trip \& Post\-Trip Support**

• Share essential travel information and client briefings.
• Ensure clients receive necessary travel documents and updates.
• Provide assistance during travel\-related concerns.
• Collect client feedback after trip completion.

• *6\. Documentation \& Reporting**

• Maintain accurate enquiry and booking records.
• Update CRM and daily activity reports.
• Track enquiry status, follow\-ups and booking conversions.
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination within the team.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Travel \& Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good customer\-handling and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer\-first approach.
