Travel Customer Support

We are seeking an experienced and customer\-focused **Travel Sales** Executive to join our team specializing in flight reservations for US/UK clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel consulting, excellent knowledge of the travel industry, and exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in booking international flights, ensuring accuracy and compliance with their preferences and budget.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and options based on customer needs.
• Offer prompt assistance to clients with modifications, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with airline policies.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay updated on airline rules, travel restrictions, and visa requirements for US/UK routes.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
