travel operation Manager

Oversee and manage all daily travel operations including flight, hotel, transport bookings, and itineraries. **Supervise travel consultants and support staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer service excellence.** Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and partners. **Monitor and manage travel budgets, cost efficiency, and financial reporting.** Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely, effective resolution. **Ensure compliance with travel policies, visa regulations, and health \& safety protocols.** Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity. **Analyze travel trends, supplier performance, and client feedback to improve service delivery.** Train and develop team members; lead performance evaluations and provide ongoing support. **Collaborate with other departments such as finance, HR, and sales to support organizational goals.**
