Salary Range: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month (*Competitive, based on experience*)

• *Role Overview :**

We are looking for a passionate, target\-driven Travel Sales Specialist with a proven ability to convert digital leads into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured sales environment, works closely with the marketing team, and delivers a premium consultation experience.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• Convert leads generated through digital marketing channels — Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp campaigns and other online platforms
• Respond to leads professionally to maximize conversion opportunity
• Design and customize holiday packages as per the client
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets
• Follow up proactively on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain accurate client records and all lead interactions in CRM — mandatory and non\-negotiable
• Stay updated on destination knowledge, visa requirements, and travel trends
• Upsell and cross\-sell premium add\-ons — upgrades, travel insurance, excursions
• Build long\-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Provide regular conversion reports and lead status updates to management.

• *Who We Are Looking For :**

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales or holiday package sales — non\-negotiable
• Demonstrated history of high conversion rates on digital/online leads from marketing channels
• Strong knowledge of international destinations — Europe, Southeast Asia, UAE, USA, Canada, Australia, Maldives etc.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, lead\-driven environment with daily follow\-up discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi a plus)
• Comfortable working on CRM tools and MS Office — prior CRM experience preferred
• Customer\-first mindset with a flair for premium client servicing
• Self\-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player
