Job Description

Please note that this role involves one month of training period with a stipend of **Rs. 7,500** post which you will be converted into full time based on performance.

  • *Job Description:**

We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive with a strong dedication to sales and a passion for hospitality. Freshers with a keen interest in building a career in sales are encouraged to apply.

  • *Roles \& Responsibilities:**
  • Interact with premium clients and understand their requirements
  • Build rapport with potential clients and understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop and present customized travel packages that cater to client desires and exceed expectations.
  • Sell a variety of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, tours, activities, and travel insurance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in\-person meetings, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolving issues with a positive and solution\-oriented approach.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals.
  • Manage end\-to\-end visa operations, including document verification, application processing, coordination with visa partners, and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Freshers with a strong dedication to sales and hospitality are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
  • A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettable experiences.
  • Proactive, self\-motivated, and results\-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus.
