Ui/UX Design Manager

Job Summary \-We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Design Manager to lead our design team anddrive user\-centric design strategies across digital products. The ideal candidate should have strongexpertise in UX research, UI design, product design, design systems, and team management, withthe ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and scalable digitalexperiences.Experience in fintech, stock trading, investment platforms, banking, or other complex productecosystems will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities :\- Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team, ensuring high\-quality design delivery andprofessional development. Define and implement design strategies aligned with product vision, business goals, and userneeds. Oversee the end\-to\-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping,usability testing, and final UI delivery. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Business stakeholders, andQA to ensure seamless product development. Create intuitive user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interactiveprototypes, and high\-fidelity designs. Develop, maintain, and improve scalable design systems, component libraries, and designguidelines. Use user research, analytics, customer feedback, A/B testing, and usability testing to identifyimprovement opportunities. Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and responsive platforms. Review design deliverables, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards ofusability, accessibility, and visual quality. Manage design priorities, project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholderexpectations. Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI\-powered design tools, and industry bestpractices. Leverage AI tools to improve design workflows, research, prototyping, and productivity.Required Skills \& Qualifications : 8–12 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field. Proven experience managing or mentoring UI/UX designers. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and designsystems. Strong understanding of user\-centered design principles, interaction design, visual design,and usability. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights intoactionable design solutions. Strong portfolio demonstrating end\-to\-end product design and measurable user experienceimprovements. Experience working closely with cross\-functional teams in an Agile product developmentenvironment. Excellent communication, presentation, problem\-solving, and stakeholder managementskills. Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in fintech, stock trading, investment, banking, wealth management, or financialservices products. Familiarity with trading platforms, investment journeys, onboarding, portfolio management,and complex financial dashboards. Knowledge of Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools. Experience with AI\-powered design tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Knowledge of motion design and interactive prototyping tools such as Rive. Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.Key Competencies : Design leadership and team management Strategic thinking and product mindset User research and data\-driven decision\-making Strong visual and interaction design expertise Cross\-functional collaboration Innovation and continuous improvement
