• *Overview**

We are building next\-generation Generative AI products that deliver actionable data insights at enterprise scale. Our products blend advanced AI capabilities with intuitive user experiences to help users explore, understand, and trust AI\-driven insights. The design team plays a critical role in making complex AI systems usable, transparent, and impactful for real\-world users.

• *Objective for the Role**

The **UI/UX Designer** is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and explainable user experiences for AI\-powered data insight products. This role ensures that Generative AI capabilities are accessible, trustworthy, and aligned with user needs.

• *Job Summary (Essential Functions)**

• Design end\-to\-end user experiences for AI\-driven data insights and workflows.
• Create intuitive interfaces for conversational, exploratory, and insight\-driven interactions.
• Design explainability and transparency elements that help users understand AI outputs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.

• *What You'll Do:**

• Translate complex AI and data concepts into clear, usable designs.
• Define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation.
• Incorporate user feedback and analytics into design iterations.
• Advocate for user\-centric and ethical design practices in AI systems.

• *What We're Looking For: Technical Skills \& Job Requirements**

• Strong experience in UI/UX design for web or enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent.
• Experience designing data\-heavy or analytics\-driven interfaces.
• Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Familiarity with AI\-powered or intelligent systems is a strong plus.

• *Education \& Experience**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human\-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Experience working on enterprise, data, or AI\-driven products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user\-centered design thinking is required.
