• *Role: UI/UX Designer**

• *About the Role**

• *We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented UI/UX Designer to improve and refine an existing web platform built primarily using AI\-powered development tools.**

• *The candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, interface design, and design systems, along with hands\-on familiarity with AI\-assisted design and development tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Replit, Lovable, Bolt.new, Cursor, or similar platforms.**

• *This role is focused on improving the usability, visual consistency, and overall user experience of an existing product rather than designing an entirely new platform from scratch.**

• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

• *1\. User Experience (UX) Improvement**

• **Review existing user journeys and identify usability issues.**
• **Improve navigation, page layouts, user flows, and interactions.**
• **Simplify complex workflows to create an intuitive user experience.**
• **Ensure a consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.**

• *2\. User Interface (UI) Design \& Refinement**

• **Improve existing screens, layouts, components, and visual elements.**
• **Refine typography, spacing, colours, icons, and interactive elements.**
• **Create clean, modern, responsive, and visually consistent interfaces.**
• **Implement UI improvements or collaborate on their implementation using AI\-assisted tools.**

• *3\. Design Systems \& Consistency**

• **Understand, maintain, and improve the existing design system.**
• **Standardise reusable components, typography, colours, spacing, and UI patterns.**
• **Ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.**
• **Establish clear design guidelines to support future development and scalability.**

• *4\. AI\-Assisted Design \& Development**

• **Use AI\-powered tools to accelerate UI design, prototyping, and iteration.**
• **Work comfortably with existing AI\-generated applications and interfaces.**
• **Translate design improvements into clear, actionable instructions for AI development tools.**
• **Validate AI\-generated UI changes to ensure design quality, responsiveness, and consistency.**

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and user\-centred design.**
• **Proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, and design systems.**
• **Familiarity with AI\-assisted design and development tools such as Figma Make, Replit, Lovable, Bolt.new, Cursor, or similar.**
• **Experience working with existing web applications and improving their interfaces.**
• **Good understanding of responsive design and modern web UI patterns.**
• **Ability to create and maintain scalable, reusable design components.**
• **Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and user experience.**
• **Ability to work independently and translate requirements into practical design improvements.**

• *Good to Have**

• **Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as React.**
• **Experience working with AI\-generated or low\-code web applications.**
• **Familiarity with accessibility standards and UX best practices.**
• **Ability to make minor frontend UI changes directly using AI\-powered development tools.**

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
