UI/UX Designer

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **End\-to\-End Design:** Gather and evaluate user requirements, and design intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile applications from concept to hand\-off.
• **Prototyping \& Wireframing:** Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
• **Design Aesthetics:** Champion a clean, minimalist design approach across all digital assets, ensuring visual consistency, high\-definition delivery, and brand alignment.
• **AI Integration:** Actively utilize AI design and productivity tools to accelerate brainstorming, asset generation, and workflow efficiency.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with full\-stack developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs and functionality.
• **User Testing:** Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance analytics.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Experience:** 2\+ years of proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile projects.
• **Core Tools:** Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop \& Sketch.
• **AI Proficiency:** Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into the design process.
• **Design Principles:** Deep understanding of user\-centered design, typography, color theory, and responsive grid systems.
• **Technical Familiarity:** Basic understanding of front\-end constraints (HTML/CSS, Next.js, etc.) to effectively collaborate with the engineering team.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong communication skills, ability to articulate design decisions, and a collaborative mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
