UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **UI/UX Designer** with **1–3 years of experience** to design intuitive, engaging, and user\-centric experiences for **mobile and web applications**. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and hands\-on experience with modern **design and AI\-powered tools**.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user\-friendly interfaces for **web and mobile applications**
• Translate product requirements into **wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs**
• Conduct **user research, usability testing, and design iterations**
• Collaborate closely with **product managers, developers, and stakeholders**
• Maintain and contribute to **design systems and style guides**
• Ensure consistency in visual design and user experience across platforms
• Leverage **AI design tools** to improve productivity, ideation, and design quality
• Stay updated with the latest **UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices**

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• **1–3 years of professional experience** as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong knowledge of **UI/UX principles, user\-centered design, and accessibility standards**
• Experience designing for **both mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications**
• Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator**
• Working knowledge of **AI\-powered design tools**(e.g., AI\-assisted wireframing, prototyping, or image generation tools)
• Ability to create **wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design documentation**
• Basic understanding of **HTML/CSS** is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem\-solving skills

Pay: Up to ₹30,000\.00 per month
