UI/UX Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing, and Business teams to understand user needs and translate them into seamless, user\-centric designs.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience (UX)

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies.
• Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and user flows.
• Design wireframes, low\-fidelity and high\-fidelity prototypes.
• Identify pain points and recommend UX improvements.
• Plan and conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback.

User Interface (UI)

• Design modern, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Develop consistent design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Create engaging dashboards, landing pages, forms, and mobile interfaces.
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital products.
• Design icons, illustrations, and other UI assets when required.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers to understand business objectives.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign creatives and promotional assets when required.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Analyze product performance and user behavior to improve usability.
• Recommend innovative design solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with responsive web and mobile application design.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards is an advantage.
