Job Description

We are looking for creative, passionate, and enthusiastic UI/UX Designers and UI/UX Design Interns to join our team.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work on real\-world website and mobile application design projects from the comfort of their homes.

We welcome both freshers who are eager to learn and experienced designers with strong UI/UX design skills.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Design modern and user\-friendly website interfaces.
• Create mobile application UI designs.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Work with Figma to create professional UI/UX designs.
• Understand user requirements and improve user experience.
• Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers and team members remotely.
• Follow design guidelines and maintain design consistency.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Basic to advanced knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of wireframing and prototyping.
• Knowledge of colours, typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative thinking and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and time\-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• *UI/UX Design Intern**

• Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Figma.
• Interest in UI/UX design.
• Willingness to learn and work on real\-world projects.

• *UI/UX Designer**

• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and UI/UX design.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
• Ability to independently handle design tasks.

3\-Day Trial Period – Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 3\-day trial period.
• Candidates will be assigned UI/UX design tasks.
• Creativity, design skills, communication, time management, and task completion will be evaluated.
• Candidates who successfully complete the trial will proceed to the final selection stage.
• Final selection will be based on overall performance.

• *Note:** Trial tasks, working expectations, and payment terms (if applicable) will be communicated clearly before the trial begins.
