UI/UX Designer

We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic

team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and intuitive

user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should possess a strong

understanding of user\-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs

into visually appealing and user\-friendly designs.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate closely with managers and developers to understand user requirements and design intuitive, user\-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock\-ups to visualize design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design techniques, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast\-paced and agile environment.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human\-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3\+ year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user\-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design concepts.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to transform complex requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.

Pay: ₹650,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
