### **Job Description**

• *Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

• *About the Role**

We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to design engaging, user\-centered digital experiences for **web and mobile applications (iOS \& Android)**.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, a deep understanding of user behavior, and proficiency in design tools like **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, and **Illustrator**. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business ideas into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. **Key Responsibilities**

• Design **user interfaces** and **interactive experiences** for mobile and web applications.
• Create **wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems** in **Figma**.
• Conduct **user research, usability testing**, and analyze feedback to refine designs.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Develop and maintain a consistent **UI/UX style guide** and component library.
• Work closely with product owners to translate business requirements into design concepts.
• Stay updated with the latest **design trends**, tools, and technologies.
• Optimize designs for **accessibility**, **responsiveness**, and **cross\-platform performance**.
• Prepare visual assets, icons, and illustrations aligned with the brand identity.
• Present and justify design decisions with data, research, and reasoning.

### **Requirements**

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field.
• **2–5 years** of experience as a **UI/UX Designer** for mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency in **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, **Illustrator**, and **Photoshop**.
• Strong understanding of **design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles**.
• Experience designing for **iOS (Human Interface Guidelines)** and **Android (Material Design)**.
• Ability to create **interactive prototypes** and conduct usability tests.
• Familiarity with **HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles** (basic knowledge).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a user\-first mindset.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience in **motion design**, **micro\-interactions**, or **animation** tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
• Understanding of **UX research methods** (surveys, A/B testing, heuristic evaluation).
• Knowledge of **AI\-assisted design tools** or **design\-to\-code automation workflows**.
• Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.
• Exposure to **SaaS, AI, or e\-commerce platforms**.
