Job Description

FTFL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to create intuitive, user\-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and front\-end collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Design and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity UI designs using industry\-standard tools.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals.

Optimize UI/UX for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Stay updated on latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 1\.5years \- 2 years above in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.

Required Skills

Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

Prototyping \& Wireframing: InVision, Balsamiq

Front\-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue.js/React is a plus)

User Research \& Usability Testing: A/B testing, Heatmaps

Version Control: Git

Platforms: Web and Mobile (iOS \& Android)
