• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our design team. As a Junior Designer, you’ll assist in creating intuitive, engaging, and user\-centered designs across our digital products. You’ll collaborate with senior designers, developers, and product managers to help shape user experiences that are functional and visually compelling.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in creating websites, web applications, Social Media Work, Brochure Design and ERP platforms.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging interfaces
• Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Support usability testing and user research activities
• Collaborate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
• Help maintain design systems and style guides
• Stay up\-to\-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

• *Requirements:**

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar
• Basic understanding of UX principles and design processes
• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards
• Strong attention to detail and good visual design sense
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio showcasing design work

• *Interview Process**

• Shortlisted candidates will be given a **small design assignment** to assess practical skills.
• Final rounds include a portfolio walkthrough and team interview.
