UI/UX Designer

• *About SafalMoney**

Safal Money, is an AMFI\-registered distribution platform for Specialised Investment Funds (SIFs) and mutual funds, built for HNI investors (₹10L\+ ticket sizes). We combine research\-backed fund selection \- via our proprietary Safal Check scoring framework and the Safal Zenith allocation tool \- with a SEBI\-regulated, trust\-first product experience. We're a small, product\-led team building fast, and design decisions here have a direct line to what investors see and trust.

• *The Role**

You'll own end\-to\-end UI/UX for SafalMoney's web and mobile surfaces \- from the public\-facing marketing site to the logged\-in investor dashboard to the native app. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and compliance to design a consistent, trustworthy experience for a financially sophisticated but time\-poor user.

• *What You'll Work On**

• Redesigning safalmoney.com's marketing pages (Home, Live SIFs, Fund Monitor, Knowledge Hub) to improve clarity and conversion for first\-time investors.
• Elevating SafalZenith and our SIP/lumpsum calculators \- guided, multi\-step flows with clear data visualization of recommended allocations.
• Designing the post\-login investor dashboard \- portfolio views, holdings, transactions, and Account Aggregator–linked account data.
• Building out the SafalMoney mobile app (iOS, Android) \- onboarding, KYC, discovery, portfolio, and transact flows.
• Establishing and maintaining a shared design system spanning both web and app.
• Partnering with compliance on integration of SEBI/AMFI\-mandated disclosures, consent flows, and risk disclosures.
• Owning design QA through to launch: redlines, dev handoff via Figma Dev Mode, and post\-launch iteration.

• *What We're Looking For**

• A strong portfolio showing end\-to\-end product design work \- ideally spanning both web and mobile, with visible systems thinking (not just individual screens).
• Comfort designing data\-dense, dashboard\-style interfaces \- fintech, investing, analytics, or B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Figma: components, variants, auto\-layout, and Dev Mode handoff.
• An eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy that reads as credible and calm \- not flashy \- for a regulated financial product.
• Working knowledge of accessibility basics (contrast, tap targets, readable type at scale) and designing for real states \- empty, loading, error \- not just the happy path.
• Ability to work directly with a small team: comfortable taking ambiguous product problems and turning them into shippable flows without heavy hand\-holding.

• *Good to Have**

• Prior experience designing for a regulated industry (fintech, wealthtech, insurtech, healthtech).
• Basic understanding of SEBI/AMFI investor\-facing disclosure norms, or willingness to learn them fast.
• Experience designing native iOS and Android apps.
• Prior startup experience where you owned design decisions with limited oversight.
