Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience in designing intuitive, user\-friendly, and visually appealing digital interfaces. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, requirement gathering, and basic HTML/CSS. The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, user needs, and project objectives to define design requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Develop responsive and user\-friendly designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, style guides, and UI specifications.
• Conduct basic usability reviews and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
• Prepare design handoff documentation, including layouts, spacing, typography, colors, and interaction details.
• Apply basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand design feasibility, responsiveness, and frontend implementation.
• Revise designs based on client feedback, stakeholder reviews, and project requirements.
• Ensure consistency in branding, accessibility, usability, and overall design quality.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in **Figma** for UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user\-centered design, and usability.
• Hands\-on experience in creating wireframes, high\-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of requirement gathering and translating business requirements into design solutions.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3\.
• Understanding of responsive design, grid systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create user flows, information architecture, and intuitive navigation structures.
• Good communication, analytical, creative thinking, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant skills and practical experience may also be considered.

Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, Figma designs, wireframes, and prototypes is required.
• Experience designing websites, web applications, and mobile applications will be an advantage.
• Experience working on enterprise applications, government portals, or complex workflows will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
