Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **UI/UX \& Graphic Designer** with at least 1 year of experience in **e\-commerce**. This role requires a balance of user experience thinking and strong visual design to support website performance, branding, and D2C growth initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *UI/UX Design**

• Design intuitive and conversion\-focused UI/UX for the e\-commerce website and landing pages
• Improve user journeys, navigation, PDPs, and checkout flow
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs
• Ensure responsive and mobile\-first design execution
• Work closely with the **D2C, product, tech, and marketing teams** to align design with business goals

• *Graphic Design**

• Design website banners, homepage sections, and promotional creatives
• Create product listing creatives for e\-commerce platforms (product images, infographics, icons, visual layouts)
• Design visuals for social media, performance ads, emailers, and campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Collaborate with the **D2C team** on campaigns, launches, and performance\-driven creatives

• *Requirements**

• *Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design**

• Experience working with e\-commerce or D2C brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and graphic creatives
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or similar tools
• Understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and basic conversion optimization
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
