UI/UX Designer

• *Job Title: Freelance UI/UX Designer – Remote \| Pune Preferred**

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to work with our team on a freelance basis. If you can design clean, user\-friendly mobile apps and websites and deliver work within agreed timelines, we would like to connect with you.

• *Work Details**

• **Location:** Pune preferred; work from home available.
• **Engagement:** Freelance.
• **Monthly Budget:** ₹15,000 for an agreed scope of work.
• **Working Days:** Monday to Friday; fixed Saturday and Sunday off.
• **Working Hours:** Flexible. You can plan your own schedule, provided agreed tasks are completed on time.

• *Responsibilities**

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for websites and mobile applications.
• Design responsive layouts that are easy to understand and use.
• Maintain consistent colours, typography, components, and design styles.
• Coordinate with developers and provide clear design files for implementation.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions within the agreed scope.

• *Requirements**

• Good working knowledge of Figma.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX work.
• Understanding of responsive design and user experience principles.
• Ability to work independently, communicate progress, and meet agreed deadlines.

• *How We Work**

We focus on quality output rather than fixed daily hours. Task timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work starts, with a reasonable buffer wherever possible. For example, a task estimated to take two working days may be given three working days. Timelines can be negotiated based on the complexity and scope of the work.
